About the Role
We're presently accepting applications of interest from highly-experienced and ambitious Setswana Translators. As we expand our content creation services, our strategy includes the collection of qualified and interested professionals for a more permanent team at Gahn.
The right translator:
+ Adheres to industry quality standards established by the Association of Translation Companies to ensure that all completed work follows legal and ethical obligations;
+ Translates a variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials.
Compensation includes:
Pay per contract and project completion within 5 business days of approval, remote work insurance coverage, and a remote work monthly stipend. Further details will be included and discussed with highly-preferred candidates, if selected for an interview.
This is a permanent, remote work position for the right candidate.

Requirements
Our awesomely-skilled Setswana Translator possessed the following abilities:
Reads through and listens to our clients' material in Setswana, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into US and UK English, making sure to preserve the original meaning;
Translates online, video, and television media by providing subtitles;
Consults with our subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately;
Refers to our approved translation tools for additional assistance with translation;
Provides clients with quotes based on project length and level of complexity;
Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding;
Uses highly specialised translation software to encourage efficiency and consistency;
