Session Terms of Agreement

Session Plan Policy:

 

Free Discovery Calls—

I understand that I will attend a free 15-minute discovery meeting to share my business-related goals. Gahn Studios may ask questions in order to learn more about these business goals.  Gahn Studios will not offer advice and I am not in a contract with Gahn Studios or my Coach/Mentor at this time.

 

MPS Member's Session—

I understand that MyPositive.Space (MPS) is partnered with Gahn Studios for a limited time to offer 1 weekly Listener Session to MPS Approved Members only (30 minutes). I understand that my session will occur on MyPositive.Space (Private Chat Button) or Zoom Chat (when necessary), with no video/no audio.

Paid Business Coaching and Support Sessions—

During paid business sessions, I acknowledge that my Coach/Mentor will listen, guide, and offer solutions/strategies. If I desire direct services from Gahn Studios, I must request those services for an additional charge.

 

Individual/Personal Coaching Sessions—

Gahn Studios offers a one-time free 15-minute discovery meeting for individuals seeking private coaching. During this meeting, my Coach/Mentor will ask questions to learn more about my coaching/support needs and determine if we're a good match.

 

Paid Private Personal Coaching Sessions—

During paid personal sessions, I acknowledge that my Coach/Mentor will listen, guide, and offer options/ resource/solutions/strategies. If I desire other direct services from Gahn Studios, I must request those services for an additional charge.

 

Technology Issues—

If anyone encounters technology issues during the session that hinder communications, Gahn Studios will happily reschedule the remaining minutes of the session with me. 

 

Missed Sessions and "No Shows"—

If I do not arrive at my session timely and/or miss more than 2 sessions without notice, I understand that I cannot receive a refund or credit. I must cancel within 12 hours of my session, when required. If my Coach/Mentor/ Instructor fails to attend sessions more than 2 times without notice, they will be removed and a refund/credit will be given to me.

Plan Cancelations (No Transfers/ No Refunds)—

Paid plans are not transferable to other individuals, family members, business partners, or in-house members. There are no refund issued for canceled plans and meetings. Gahn Studios provides rescheduling options within the 35-day plan validation. If plan expires and session credits remain, Gahn Studios may consider extensions on a case-by-case basis only.
